Getting Started

1. Download the app, create an account, and securely add your preferred payment method.
2. Locate a nearby Rabbit vehicle using the convenient map feature.
3. Scan the QR code or enter the scooter ID to unlock the vehicle.
4. Kick off with your foot and use the throttle button to accelerate.
5. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your ride.

Ending Your Ride

1. Find a designated safe area within one of our green zones to park the vehicle. Simply flick the kickstand back down.
2. If a lock is attached, secure it to a bike rack or a post and close it properly.
3. Open the Rabbit app and select 'End Ride' to finalize your journey.
4. Have a fantastic day!

Extended Rentals

1. If you need a vehicle for more than just a quick trip, you can rent your own personal Rabbit (minimum rental period of 2 days) and have it delivered right to your doorstep!
2. Access the Rabbit app, navigate to 'Day Rentals'.
3. Choose your preferred vehicle type – an e-scooter or an e-bike.
4. Select a plan, provide your address, and specify the delivery date.
5. Once your order is confirmed, we will promptly deliver the vehicle to you.
6. Enjoy the convenience of having your own Rabbit!

If you require any help or support, simply open the Rabbit app and tap on 'Help'. You can find this option either in the navigation menu or on the map.
